Work Environment

We are team players. All that is achieved is the result of a collaborative effort from each team member. It would not be an understatement to say that we are enterprising and competent individuals that click better as a team.

There is a feeling of pride in what we do and what the organisation stands for. We focus on setting up systems and broad guidelines to ensure that the customer experience is the same across branches. We persistently question and seek to improve existing systems and processes to ensure that at all times we exceed customer expectations.

The advisory nature of the business is the basis for building a healthy work environment where a lot of individual development (personal as well as professional) happens and members do more than chase sales targets. "Sales" is something that we do not want to have in the minds of our members.

Our offices are utility oriented and usually located in key business and residential areas.

Career Path

We are a meritocracy. All our policies are geared towards rewarding performers who stay with the company over the long-term. Since we are a relatively young organisation, there is a lot of scope for growth in terms of taking up senior positions which will open up as we grow.

It is however our intention to keep the organisation structure as flat as possible.

Training

Training forms the core of successfully delivering on the objectives that we have set for ourselves. Every member who joins the organisation is taken through a defined induction process. There are also regular sessions to upgrade knowledge as well as soft skills.

Rewards and Compensation

We do not follow standard compensation structures for our team members. If you perform, you are rewarded. If you do not, we spend more time with you so that you become equipped to deliver as per expectations.

Our compensation structures are geared to reward members who are with the company over the long-term.

Our compensation and reward structures are broadly broken into four parts -
1. Salary, based on your potential to deliver (we also offer Provident Fund benefits)
2. Incentive, based on both individual and team performance
3. Annual bonus depending on overall company performance
4. All our members who have completed a predefined period in the company are eligible for Employee Stock Options (ESOPs). Ultimately we expect a significant portion of the shareholding of the company to reside with the members.

Leave policy


1. Medical - 12 days in a year
2. Leave with Pay - 18 days in a year

Our holiday calendar works as per the Bombay Stock Exchange.
