I.V. Subramaniam Mr. Subramaniam ("Subbu") is a CFA charter holder and a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Subbu has over 17 years of experience in the Indian financial services industry.

During 1998-2004, under advisory services provided by Quantum Advisors to Hansberger Global Investors, Inc, his responsibilities included research coverage on Indian companies, electric utilities in emerging countries, and building materials companies globally.

Since June 2000 Subbu has managed India-dedicated Portfolios for India- based clients and since 2005, he has been managing India dedicated portfolios for international clients.

Dr. Rafiq Dossani is a senior economist at The RAND Corporation. Earlier, he was senior research scholar at Stanford University’s Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center, responsible for developing and directing the South Asia Initiative. His research interests include South Asian security, and financial, technology, and energy-sector reform in India. He is currently undertaking projects on regional integration, innovation in outsourcing, engineering education, access to capital and entrepreneurship in information technology in the South Asian subcontinent.

Dr. Dossani earlier worked for the Robert Fleming Investment Banking group, first as CEO of its Indian securities operations and later as head of its San Francisco operations. He has also been the chairman and CEO of a stockbroking firm on the OTCEI exchange in India, the deputy editor of Business India Weekly, and a professor of finance at Pennsylvania State University. He holds a BA in economics from St. Stephen's College, New Delhi, India; an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, India; and a PhD in finance from Northwestern University.

Mr. Suresh Lulla is a distinguished alumnus of IIT Bombay and has made a mark through his work in the field of Quality.

He holds a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a MS in Industrial Engineering from Wayne State University, Detroit.

Mr. Lulla pioneered the quality movement in India by setting up Qimpro® Consultants in 1987. Often referred to as ‘the Quality Guru of India’, he was mentored by Dr. J. M. Juran, ‘the Father of Quality’, who, along with Mahatma Gandhi and Shri Ramkrishna Bajaj form the trinity of Mr Lulla’s role models — he jokes that one thing he has in common with his role models is a bald head!

Mr. Lulla is a veteran professional with over 50 years of experience as a management consultant, speaker, trainer, author, and storyteller.

Mr. Murali A. Krishnan (Murali), is an Associate member (CS) of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and Law from Mumbai University. Murali has been erstwhile Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) and member of the Company’s Compliance Monitoring Committee of Quantum Advisors Private Limited (QAS) a firm that is registered as a portfolio manager with SEBI, as an investment adviser with SEC USA and as a restricted portfolio manager in the provinces of British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. After his retirement in 2017 he has been associated with QAS as a Legal and Compliance Consultant. Murali has over 33 years of experience in Corporate secretarial, legal and compliance matters including 21 years of compliance experience in the financial services industry.

He joined the Quantum Group in 2000 as the AVP-Legal and Compliance in Quantum Information Services Private Limited (QIS) and left QIS in December 2004 when he was VP-Legal and Compliance. Prior to joining the Quantum group he had his own company secretarial practice between 1996 and 1999. Prior to 1996 he worked in the manufacturing industry with various companies in their company secretarial and legal departments, in the initial years as Executive Secretarial (between 1984 to 1987) at MMC Ltd, a textile machinery manufacturer, and as the Company Secretary of Noble Explochem Ltd, between 1988 to 1991 and as Company Secretary and Legal Manager at Gujarat Nitrates Ltd between 1992 to 1995.

Murali has in depth and vast knowledge in field of Corporate Secretarial and Legal.

He is also a non-executive Director on the boards of Equitymaster Agora Research Private Limited, Common Sense Living Private Limited and HYNGO India Private Limited.
