Canara Robeco Mutual Fund has launched Canara Robeco Balanced Advantage Fund
It is an open-ended dynamic asset allocation scheme.
The fund aims to generate long-term capital appreciation with income generation by dynamically investing in equity and equity related instruments and debt and money market instruments. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objective of the scheme will be realized.
Balanced asset allocation is an investment strategy that aims to balance risk and return by diversifying investments across different asset classes. This strategy involves investing in a mix of equities, fixed income, and other assets to achieve a well-rounded portfolio that can withstand market volatility and generate steady returns over time.
Under normal circumstances, Tata Nifty India Tourism Index Fund will hold an allocation of 65% to 100% in Equity and Equity-related Instruments and 0% to 35% in Debt and Money Market Instruments.

Canara Robeco Balanced Advantage Fund endeavours to provide long-term capital appreciation and income by dynamically managing the portfolio through investment in equity & equity-related instruments and active use of debt, money market instruments, and derivatives.

The fund manager will determine asset allocation between equity and debt depending on prevailing market and economic conditions. The debt-equity mix at any point in time will be a function of various factors such as equity valuations, interest rates, views on the asset classes and risk management, etc. The Scheme may utilise internal proprietary model to monitor the market to ascertain the asset allocation opportunities from time to time.
Canara Robeco Balanced Advantage Fund is benchmarked against the CRISIL Hybrid 50+50 - Moderate Index
Canara Robeco Balanced Advantage Fund will be managed by Mr Shridatta Bhandwaldar, Ms Ennette Fernandes, Ms Suman Prasad and Mr Amit Kadam
Canara Robeco Balanced Advantage Fund is open for subscription from July 12, 2024 to July 26, 2024. The fund will reopen for continuous sale and repurchase on August 09, 2024.
The fund offers Direct Plan and Regular Plan. Under each plan the fund offers Growth option and Income Distribution cum Capital Withdrawal.
The minimum subscription amount is Rs 5,000/- and in multiples of Re. 1 thereafter.
